Guide Platform Usage

Platform 7qk may only be used by individuals who meet the following conditions. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet all of these eligibility requirements at all times while using our platform.

• Age Restriction: You must be 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout the period of platform use. 7qk takes the protection of minors from gambling activities seriously.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.
• Personal Account: Each individual is only permitted to register one account. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms.
• Not a 7qk Employee: Employees, agents, representatives, or any individuals with a direct business relationship with 7qk are not permitted to use the platform as players.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information submitted during registration may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any existing balance.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 7qk will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, contact our support team immediately.

All activity that occurs within your account is solely your responsibility. 7qk is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from a user's negligence in safeguarding their password.

General Bonus Terms

• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated.

• Validity Period: Each bonus has a limited validity period. Bonuses not used within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.

Bonus Abuse

• Final Game Results: Any game result that has been logged in the 7qk system is final and cannot be disputed unless there is substantial evidence of a technical failure.
• Technical Disruption: If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue on 7qk's end during an active round, the platform will attempt to resume the game from the point of interruption. If this is not possible, the wager will be returned to the player.
• Void Results: 7qk reserves the right to void any wager or round that occurs as a result of a technical error, system disruption, or any unusual circumstance that compromises the integrity of the game.
• Live Games: For live casino games, results recorded by the broadcast system are final. In the event of a dispute, the broadcast video recording will be used as reference.

7qk is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disruptions, device issues or unstable connections on the player's end during an active game session.

To keep the 7qk platform safe, fair and enjoyable for all users, certain behaviours are strictly prohibited. Violations of any of the following may result in a warning, suspension or permanent account closure without refund.

Prohibited Activities

• Registering more than one account (whether under your own name or another person's)

• Sharing or transferring your account to another party
• Placing hedge bets (hedging) across multiple accounts
• Systematic abuse of the bonus or promotion system

• Any form of fraud, document forgery, or provision of false information
